I've spent 20+ years moving between marketing and tech—from optimizing SMS infrastructure for 10 million telecom subscribers in Venezuela to leading product marketing for AI platforms that closed 7-figure exits. My career started at Movilnet, where I pioneered product management practices and learned that the best solutions come from understanding both the technology and the people using it. That foundation has carried through every role since: building strategy teams from scratch at Sales Factory, growing Amazon's private brands, and co-founding an AI company where I lead both product and a 12-person technical team. I've built teams three times now—strategy at Sales Factory, product management at Movilnet, and AI product at Sales Factory AI. 

Each time, the pattern is the same: bring together people who can think clearly under pressure, strip out the complexity that slows everyone down, and ship work that moves the business forward. The telecom background matters more than it might seem. Messaging platforms taught me how to think about infrastructure, scale, and reliability—the same fundamentals that matter in AI systems today. 

I can talk to engineers about RAG architectures and agentic systems, then turn around and explain to a CMO why it matters for their business. I'm building AI products that solve real problems, not technology looking for a use case.
