What we’re about
This group is for basset hounds and their humans in the NC Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas). We organize relaxed, basset-friendly meetups like group walks, park hangouts, and social gatherings where our long-eared friends can sniff, stroll, and socialize at their own pace.
All basset hounds and basset mixes are welcome, along with humans who love them.

Basset Hound Meetup
Dog Park at Dix Park, 1800 Umstead Dr., Raleigh, NC, USCalling all basset hounds and their humans! Join us for a laid-back Saturday meetup at the Dog Park at Dix Park in Raleigh. This is a casual, friendly gathering where bassets can waddle, sniff, and make new long-eared friends while humans chat and enjoy the park.
All ages and energy levels welcome. Please bring water for your pup and be sure dogs are up to date on vaccinations and comfortable in a group setting.
Come as you are, stay as long as you like, and enjoy a fun morning with fellow basset lovers.
