Join WiMLDS NC for an exciting line up of Data Science Careers at WiMLDS NC’s Professional Panel! The panel features WiMLDS NC members and partners with professional statistics and data science organizations across the NC, including the Statistical and Applied Mathematical Sciences Institute (SAMSI) and the North Carolina Chapter of the American Statistical Association.

This WiMLDS NC professional development event is aimed at young professionals, including students, postdocs, and those within 5 years of their degree, as well as professionals looking to change their career path.

We host events (lightning talks, technical workshops, professional development, and networking events) managed by prominent researchers, engineers, statisticians, students, where we discuss machine learning and data science with the purpose of building a community around women in these fields.

Whether you've been working in these fields for years or are just getting started, please join us. WiMLDS NC membership is free and is encouraged but not required. All WiMLDS NC events are free, note that some WiMLDS events require advanced registration. Everyone is welcome at WiMLDS NC events, so bring a friend! All genders may attend our meetups.
