Hello everyone!

I hope you are doing well these days, despite the extreme heat.

Are you also interested in Scandinavian food and culture!?
In that case then we have just the right event for you 🙂

The event will be hosted by the Dane who also made an incredible Christmas lunch last year.
This time he will be cooking a summer food course which the vikings themselves up in the North loves and eat in the summer.

Schedule:
18:00 - Welcome
18:10 - Starter (Shrimp cocktail w. homemade bread)
18:30 - Main course (Danish Breaded Patties (Karbonader) w. asparagus and potatoes）
19:30 - Dessert (Traditional Danish apple cake)
20:00 - Finish

The entrance price includes all the food along with the 3 recipes to take home, a good time and a personalized welcome letter written, by Alex himself, in ink. The welcome letter is made for those who press that they are going at least before 3 pm the 23th of July.
Please order at least one drink which is not included in the entrance fee.

The event is hosted as a collaboration between INARI GLEAN cafe&bar and Alex's YouTube channel called "Dining with Alex". The event will be made into a video and later posted on YouTube. If you don't wish to be on the video, then we’ll not include footage with you. We will ask when you come, so no stress 🙂

The price for this exceptional experience is only JPY2,500 + 1 drink order!
All drinks will be at a flat fee of JPY 500 each.

We will take measures against the spread of the virus and will therefore only allow up to 10 participants. We will make sure to ventilate the room, to keep the air clean. We also kindly ask everyone to disinfect their hands when entering the cafe and wear masks.

Location: INARI GLEAN cafe&bar in Namba.

Please note that most guests tend to come alone, for our events, so don't be put off if you have a friend that can't join this time. Also note that the amount of people joining is expected to be higher than the amount you see on this site as the event is promoted on different sites.

暑い日が続いていますがいかがお過ごしでしょうか？

この暑い夏にぴったりなスカンジナビアの食べ物や文化にまつわるイベントを行います。
このイベントは、昨年も素晴らしいクリスマスランチを行ったデンマーク人のアレックスが主催します。
今回は北部のバイキングたちが大好きな夏に食べるコース料理を作っていきます。

スケジュール：
18：00-はじめの挨拶
18：10-アペタイザー（自家製パンとエビのカクテル）
18：30-メインコース（デンマークのパン粉パテ（カルボナで）。アスペルガーとジャガイモ）
19：30-デザート（伝統的なデンマークのアップルケーキ）
20：00-終了

入場料には、すべての食べ物とご自宅で作れる3つのレシピ、アレックス自身が墨で書いた個別のウェルカムレターが含まれています。
ウェルカムレターは、作成の関係上、最低7月17日の午後3時より前に参加明示いただいた方限定でプレゼントしています。
また、当日ドリンクは入場料に含まれておりませんのでお手数ですがドリンクを最低1つ注文してください。

このイベントは、INARI GLEAN cafe＆barとAlexのYouTubeチャンネル「Dining with Alex」のコラボレーションによるものです。

イベント中はビデオ撮影し、後でYouTubeに投稿予定です。ビデオに出演したくない場合は、編集時に映らないようにいたします。来店時にお聞きいしますので、お気軽にお越しくださいませ。
