Cyber Security: Protect your business and your customers
"Every day, cyber security becomes more important as the majority of our lives are slowly moved online. Every day you can read of another virus, hack, ransom, and 'glitch' that causes chaos for businesses. In this seminar you'll review the threat landscape for business that use technology and learn tools to protect yourself against phishing, malware, vulnerabilities in your network, mobile devices, servers, and IOT devices, and you'll get an overview of the laws that cover protecting user privacy.

This seminar will be taught by Harry Morrow, a Principal Information Security Officer at Yale University and currently the Information Security lead on Yale's Next Generation Network project. He is a UNIX, Windows and TCP/IP security expert, an author, consultant and educator with over 38 years of experience. He has taught computer science, networking and information security courses at several universities, including Housatonic CC, Gateway CC, Yale, Quinnipiac, University of New Haven, Fairfield University and private seminar institutes, including Data-Tech, Security University, ITMI, Net Security UK and IT Institute Roma.
