The utilities have been aggressively lobbying state leaders to undermine rooftop solar at every turn. State leaders have obliged, and as a result, rooftop solar adoptions have slowed considerably in the last few years.
Fortunately, a new movement to defend and expand rooftop solar has sprung up and is fighting back. Mr. Rosenfeld will discuss the ways in which you can join this effort. He will highlight the role of grassroots movements and organizations that are mobilizing to defend and enhance rooftop solar opportunities in the state.
