November 2020 Meeting (Sustainable Agile Transformation + Scrum Guide 2020)

On 11/18, the latest Scrum Guide will be released. As a result, we are pushing back our meeting to 11/24 this month so that we can discuss the changes to the Scrum Guide in the new release.

Additionally, Bob Zoller will review review a framework (Sustainable Agile Transformation) for lasting adoption of agile techniques for an organization. This is not rocket science, but some structure is needed. The focus must expand from the original change agents to the organization as a whole. We will look at process definition, coaching, and communities of practice. Finally, we will look at ways to measure improvement over time. Please be ready to share your experiences in your transformation, and any ways you have found for measuring improvement of your teams and organization.
