February 2021 Meeting (Scrum Ceremony Review)

Based on some of the conversations in the January meeting, we are going to do a meeting focused on the Scrum ceremonies and how we can all execute them better.

This is a great opportunity for coaching for our group's members. If you'd like to volunteer to play the scrum master role for one of the ceremonies, please reach out to Bill or Michael to submit your request. By volunteering, you will get guidance on how you can better help your teams during these ceremonies.
