NE:Tech - August 2019

We hope you're looking forward to our August NE:Tech, taking place at the brand new Everyman Cinema in the centre of Newcastle (https://www.everymancinema.com/newcastle). This month we have 2 speakers who are talking about communication. Something we all do daily, but do we really communicate that well?

Arrive from 6pm, we'll aim to start at 6:30pm. If you're going to be a little late, let us know and we'll wait for you. Also, this event has limited space so if you're not going to make it, we'd really appreciate you updating your RSVP so we can give your seat to someone else.

Using Visual Aids - Absolute Beginner : Communication

This talk is focused on what draws human attention and how we can use that in presentations and in daily life. There is a balance to be drawn with a visual aid dominating and distracting from the talk and being obsolete.
