What we’re about
We will meet every other Thursday, the 1st and 3rd week of each month at 4:00 on Zoom. And invitation link will be provided.
This discussion/information group explores what we have learned over the past 5 - 20 years about those who have died, gone to the other side, but then returned to tell about it! With the emergence of more advanced medical technology, doctors and emergency medical teams are able to revive some people who have had no heart beat or pulse, in some cases for up to 17 hours (although most people are not gone for that long). In addition, the climate for acceptance of such accounts has improved, making it far less frightening for those who have had such an experience to speak out about it, feeling less likely to be judged as "crazy".

Out of the hundreds of thousands of near-death experiences (NDEs) reported over the years, people from all walks of life are represented. From doctors and nurses to those who have attempted suicide, the spectrum is wide. One of the most well known and often referred to near-death experiencers is Dr. Eben Alexander who wrote a book about his experience of being in a coma for 7 days while battling bacterial meningitis. His well-known book is called Proof of Heaven, A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife.
Some of the questions we will explore in this discussion group are:
```
-
What are the differences?
-
Do we see our deceased loved-ones when we have an NDE?
-
Do our precious pets go to heaven?
-
Is there scientific proof of NDEs?
-
-
What are some of the discoveries and insights brought back from the other side?
-
What is the purpose of this life?
-
Have we lived before?
-
Is death real?
-
-
Is the other side "home"?
-
Is this life a dream?
-
Do we choose to come here or are we forced?
-
Is time different on the other side?
