AngularJS, presented by Jerod Santo

Details
At JSConf this year, there was a lot of buzz going around about AngularJS. Luckily, our own Jerod Santo has experience with the tool and wanted to give a talk!

“AngularJS (http://angularjs.org/) is what HTML would have been, had it been designed for building web-apps. Declarative templates with data-binding, MVW, MVVM, MVC, dependency injection and great testability story all implemented with pure client-side JavaScript!”
Jerod Santo (@jerodsanto (https://twitter.com/jerodsanto)) runs a really amazing custom software company called Object Lateral (http://objectlateral.com/). He’s probably most well known for his web and voice work on Omaha Bounty Hunter (http://obh.herokuapp.com/). He blogs at his own web site (http://blog.jerodsanto.net/), at The Changelog (http://thechangelog.com/author/jerodsanto/), and was a former contributor to Fuel Your Coding (http://fuelyourcoding.com/author/jerod/).
“Object Lateral's founder – is a Bible Christian, a husband, a father of three, and an all around geeky guy. He graduated with highest honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he studied Management Information Systems, Computer Science, and Information Assurance. When it comes to technology, Jerod is a bit of an autodidact.”—via objectlateral.com (http://objectlateral.com/)

Nicholas Petersen (@lessis (https://twitter.com/lessis)) will be giving a lightning talk on the JavaScript header he built for his new website (http://nicholaspetersen.is/) and a little about Omaha’s collaborative problem solving.
---
A few venue notes, make sure you check in at the Blue Cross Blue Shield security desk upon arrival to check your name off their signup sheet. Thanks everyone!
---
Pizza and soda will be provided by Agape Red (http://agapered.com/)!
---
We will be going to DJ’s Dugout for drinks/food/whatever after the meetup! For logistical purposes let us know you’d like to go by voting in this poll (https://www.meetup.com/nebraskajs/polls/845232/).
