**Beth Worman** is the founder and owner of Divinity ABA, LLC, a center-based therapy organization rooted in her lifelong passion for serving children and families. With over 30 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Business Operations, and Child Development—and several years leading childcare centers—Beth has always been drawn to roles that allow her to support growth, learning, and connection. Her journey into the autism therapy field began when she co-founded a successful pediatric ABA center in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. It was during that time that her heart fully opened to the profound needs—and incredible potential—of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Driven by both professional insight and a deeply personal calling, Beth launched Divinity ABA to create a place where children are seen, valued, and supported not just clinically, but emotionally and spiritually. She believes every child is made in God’s image, and that therapy must go beyond data—it must be grounded in patience, empathy, and love. Through her hands-on leadership and strong partnership with her clinical team, Beth ensures that families feel heard, respected, and empowered. For her, making an impact means helping children build meaningful skills for life, while surrounding them with a community that believes in their worth and walks alongside them every step of the way.

**Tracy Gayle, M.Ed., M.S.Ed., BCBA, LBA (TX), IBA,** serves as the Executive Clinical Director at Divinity ABA, where she leads with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and family-centered care. With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and more than 30 years in Human Resources and Business Operations, Tracy combines strategic leadership with deep clinical expertise. She holds master’s degrees in Administration & Leadership and Education with a focus on ABA, and was appointed a Subject-Matter Expert by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in 2017. Her background includes serving as Clinical Director at a leading ABA center in Austin and as a district-wide BCBA in a major Texas school district.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Tracy is a passionate educator and adjunct professor at Purdue Global University, where she mentors future BCBAs. She has presented extensively on topics including early intervention, social skills, caregiver collaboration, and staff development. Tracy is especially driven to create lasting impact by supporting high-quality treatment across the lifespan and mentoring new clinicians. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and values the balance between meaningful work and a fulfilling home life.
