Hi! We're The Needle Movers, and this is NOT your mom's stitch club......

The Needle Movers is a relaxed, "after-hours" needlepoint community based in Southern Middle Tennessee. We are a group of people with busy 9-5 lifestyles who gather around Franklin, Spring Hill, and Columbia to bring together people of all kinds and skill levels who enjoy needlepoint and want a social place to stitch, connect, and unwind.

Whether you’re working on your first canvas or you’ve been stitching for years - we'd LOVE to meet you. Our meetups are intentionally low-pressure so that you can come when you can for as long as you can (and we won't tell if you show up with your latest WIP and your work laptop.... Your secret is safe with us!!)

Bring whatever needlepoint project you’re working on, pull up a chair, and stitch at your own pace. Some people chat, some people focus, and most do a little of both.

The idea behind The Needle Movers is simple: many of us discovered needlepoint online and love the creativity of it, but didn’t have a nearby place to enjoy the hobby together. Many existing groups meet during the workday or are located farther away, so this community was created to offer something more local and after-hours.

This is not a class or a formal guild. It’s a social club for people who love needlepoint and want to build a creative community around it.

Most meetups take place in the evening or on weekends and rotate around the Franklin, Spring Hill, and Columbia areas.
