In this 90-minute session, you'll step into a practical negotiation scenario where multiple interests are in play and shared value isn’t obvious. You’ll work to uncover alignment, navigate trade-offs, and test ways to expand the deal space, all under real-time pressure.
Facilitated by Chris Edmund, graduate of Harvard Business Online’s Negotiation Mastery and creator of Negotiation by Design, this session builds on the first workshop by shifting focus from fallback strategies (BATNA) to collaborative value creation.
