Once a year, we ask the alumni of Chicago high school soccer programs to do the unthinkable: dust off their cleats, stretch for the first time in months (or years), and return to the field—not for glory, but for legacy.
Neighborhood Legacy is an annual alumni soccer games where former players come together to relive the magic (and mild joint pain) of their high school days. The goal? Support the current team by raising funds for equipment, uniforms, travel, and all the behind-the-scenes things that keep a soccer program running.
It’s not about who wins—though bragging rights are real—it’s about showing up, giving back, and proving you’ve still got something left in the tank.
So whether you were MVP or bench mob royalty, this is your chance to play one more time for the home team. All proceeds go directly to the school’s soccer program. Plus, there’ll probably be snacks.
Come for the cause. Stay for the legacy.
