We are partnering with one of our fellow members of Zürich Neighborhood Social, Irmgard. She has not only been a delight to get to know at our events, but is a talented yoga instructor who specializes in flying/aerial yoga, which combines traditional yoga with aerial acrobatics, as practioners move through yoga poses suspended in a fabric hammock.

Are you suffering from tight shoulders, back pain and generally sitting too much in front of a screen? Suspend yourself in the air and give back to your back!

Elongation of your spine, freedom for your neck and shoulders and understanding pain better will be the results of this practice.

In a playful, hopeful and kind way to yourself. Anybody is welcome.
NO former experience necessary!
