Watch June's Full Moon Rise over the York River

Did you know you can see the full moon rise over the York River!? You can!

According to DateandTime.com, the next full moonrise will occur on June 21st at exactly 8:45pm. Here's an invitation to come enjoy the moonrise together with your neighbors!

We will be meeting up at College Creek Beach on the Parkway this month. Be sure to arrive before 8:30pm to get a parking spot and to see the entire show. It's really quite special.

We'll walk from the parking lot to the beach at 8:40pm and split into two groups. One group of people who want to take pictures, chat, and be all like "woooooooooah! Did you see that!?" and then another group who prefers to appreciate in silence. All are welcome!

We usually like to stay for an hour or so, depending on the weather, but you're welcome to stay as long as you'd like!
