- DISCUSSIONS OF PRICE SHOULD BE AVOIDED: Trading, timing the market, predicting price, and iNvEsTiNg has a place, but it’s outside the scope of this meetup; price is the least interesting thing about Bitcoin. We’re here to reconsider our world and LA, to show how Bitcoin provides real solutions to the real problems LA and the people therein face, and reshape yourselves and by extension LA, accordingly. “Price is nice, but wait till you hear about ending wage, debt, and fiat slavery for your children”
- SHITCOINS AND SHITCOINERS WILL BE CALLED OUT: We've all aped a fat bag into a rug pull, learned our lessons, and became Bitcoiners. If you havent learned that lesson yet, you will, it's a right of passage. But be advised, defending shitcoins will be shut down. This meetup is a limited time engagement for us, and we want to make the most of it. Shitcoining in earnest is a DDoS on human flourishing. Stop it. Get some help. "If you see fraud and you don't say fraud, you are a fraud"
