The Buddhist View

Every Wednesday there is a talk led by Keith Rowan or other Nelson Buddhist Centre members. These talks explore themes and ideas which may be prompted by the presenter or come from questions from those attending.
The guidance that has come down from the Buddha is profound, practical and often surprising but all can and should be tested within our own individual experience. Discussion and further questions are welcome.

The presentation is preceded by an optional silent meditation session that begins at 6.00pm.
