Framtidsprogrammet Järva

Framtidsprogrammet Järva is a 4-month programme from Nya Kompisbyrån and financed by Svenska Postkodslotteriets stiftelse.
The programmet is aimed towards foreign born women, 18-25 years who want support to reach employment, studies and/or your dream job!

The programme offers:

• 4 workshop and networking meetings with themes such as the Swedish labor market, studying in Sweden, CV and personal letter, interview training and how to reach your goals.
  We meet every Wednesday in Järva between 17.15-19.15.
• In the fifth meeting we match you with another woman who has job experience in Sweden who becomes your personal mentor.
  The mentor meets with you twice a month for three months and supports you with your professional goals.
• We finish the programme with a celebratory graduation meeting.

We start three more classes in Framtidsprogrammet. In September 2025, in October 2025 and in January 2026. In every class we admit a maximum of 30 mentees - there are still many spots open - but remember to sign up as soon as possible since we admit mentees by sign up date.
