What we’re about

Hello everyone! This group is to support those of any age who are divorced, dealing with the many issues that divorce causes ... whether it be financial, children, dealing with ex's, dating AGAIN, etc ... just dealing with being single once again and all the issues that come with it. With the divorce rate so high, there are many of us who can use some support in getting our lives back together and helping others do the same!

Fellowship Baptist Church, Cleveland, OH
We will be heading into Cleveland to help prepare, serve and deliver hundreds of meals to those who otherwise would not have a dinner. This is a great opportunity to get out - with or without your kids - and be reminded that there are others who are struggling to get by every day.
You can help by doing any one or more of the following items:
1.) Provide Commercial size cans of Green Beans or Corn or for the more adventurous...cook some leg quarters. They made a specific request for leg quarters at the last event. (We can make arrangements to obtain from you if you won't be present at the church that day)
2.) Come down and help prepare and serve the meals onsite.
3.) Stay and assist with the delivery of the meals to the homeless shelters and other relief sites. (Early to Mid Afternoon)

This show is at The Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre (downtown Youngstown). This is a chance to hear a lot of good, fun 80's music. You can come down for the show in the evening or plan on spending the day and visit things like The Cinderella Bridge (shown above), The Lantermans Gristmill and covered bridge - all in their metro parts system; OR go through Niles, OH and visit The McKinley Memorial Museum. Meeting location to be determined as I plan to head there early and visit some of the sites, have dinner in downtown Youngstown and then walk down the hill to the Amphitheater and find a place for our lawn seats.
