It's time!!! Time to plant new garden beds with tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, herbs, pollinator plants, and more! Just bring a smile and some elbow grease to help us get everything in the ground.

We will do a tomato planting crash course since you plant tomatoes differently than other veggies. I am a master gardener, and as always, I'm happy to answer any gardening questions you have while we work.

We will also do our annual carrot harvest followed by a carrot tasting event where you will get to taste and rank several varieties of carrots we planted back in the fall. Your input will decide which varieties we grow next season. The carrot harvest will take place at 9:00 AM, and the carrot tasting and potluck will start at 12:00 PM.

As always, well-behaved kids and canines are welcome to attend. We have tons of tools, but you may want to bring your own gloves if you have them.

See you Saturday!
