Evening walk, upper Buffalo bayou +/- 5 miles: Brazilian event afterwards

This is a +/-5 mile hike along paved walkways, 75% shaded. There are some wood boardwalks/decks along parts of the old Buffalo bayou. One section is called "Buffalo Bayou nature trail". Another section is labeled "The Swamp". Barred owls might be heard in the surrounding area?

After the walk, nearby, is a "Brazillian night" event, outdoors, Central Green park, 700pm-900pm. Bring a blanket or chair, grab a bite to eat togo nearby and enjoy during the "Brazilian night" event. A short drive away is a parking garage next to Trader Joe's, for the "Brazilian night" event after the walk.

Kids are welcome, but be sure you know your child's physical capabilities. Also, please bring a snack and plenty of water for them.

Dogs are welcome but must be friendly, and they must stay on a leash at all times...no exceptions. There could be multiple dogs, so be sure they are not dog aggressive.
