Come along on a NEO holiday tradition.

Leaving approximately 5 min after event time. We will walk along some gravel trails, asphalt and dirt trails with elevation (slopes) and roots. As always I'll keep an eye👁 and ear👂 open for the owls🦉. Total distance will be approx. 5 miles. Sunset is at 5:29pm. If the trails are water logged, we will walk the asphalt trails. If the hike is a bit too much for you, there is an option to walk over the bayou @ Kirkwood and for you to walk back along the asphalt trail.

On the hike, we can chat about where to get a bite to eat or beverage to drink after the hike.

There are no restrooms at the trailhead or along the trail.

• Hiking/walking (good tread) shoes

• Head lamp or flashlight (approx 120 lumens)
