This bike ride will be +/-14 miles along paved trails of Arthur Story park, Brays Bayou, and Bishop Fiorenza park. Brays bayou trail is the connector between the 2 parks. Bishop Fioreza is a huge retention pond and has a trail around it. Lot's of birds call it home.

Before the ride Storey park is celebrating with a Grand Opening of its new Pavillion 9am-11am. Martial arts semonstrations, traditional asian dances, snacks, refreshments. Grand Opening: Arthur Storey Park Pavilion, Jan. 31 - International Management District https://share.google/29kGBIjICX1RzoEWs

(FYI, Arthur Story park is quite large and has an incredible view of the sunset from behind The Home Depot if you visit the park before sunset. The park closes at dusk.)

Before the day of the ride, fill your tires with air, check your brakes, oil your chain. When riding with the group, ride as if you are riding by yourself. look both ways when crossing intersections. I have extra yellow construction vests. Ask me for one if you would like to borrow for the bike ride.

Be familiar with changing the gears of your bike as you ride to help with the down & ups of the trail.

What to bring:

Helmet (strongly recommended)
