It’s tough out there for men to make genuine connections these days. Between the constant barrage of marketing messages, endless political drama, and the bottomless pit of infotainment and online gaming, it’s all too easy to get stuck on a hamster wheel of distractions. Before we know it, we’re caught up in someone else’s agenda—be it a product, a platform, or a political viewpoint—and it can feel nearly impossible to break free and just be ourselves.

Check out the NeoMan Group in Lone Tree. We meet weekly to talk about what’s going on in our lives, learn a few helpful tools, and work on personal growth at our own pace.

### What You Can Expect

• Location: We'll meet at my office in Lone Tree.
• Check-In: We’ll start by catching up on what’s good and what’s challenging in life. It’s a chance to be real with guys who get it.
• Learn: Each meetup includes a simple concept or principle you can apply right away to boost self-awareness and keep moving forward.
• Personal Work (If You Want): Want to go deeper on a personal goal or issue? This is your time to dive in with support. No pressure if you’d rather just listen.
• Check-Out: We wrap things up by reflecting on our discussion and setting an intention for the next week.

This isn’t therapy or an addiction support group but a friendly environment to make connections, have meaningful conversations, and support each other’s growth. I’ll handle all the details and guide each session to keep things running smoothly. You won't be charged the price of $490 (2 installment option available) until we have a minimum number of participants. That's why I use an online waitlist.
