Cleveland Metroparks: Wendy Park

This hike will take place at Cleveland Metroparks: Wendy Park,
2800 Whiskey Island Dr, Cleveland, OH 44102.

We will hike the Whisky Island trail at the park and in the Flats.
We start hiking at 6:35PM. We will ruck on the all purpose trail.

**************MEETING AREA***************
We will meet at the picnic tables near the lake.
You can park in the paved lot or in the dirt and grass lot close to the marina and the Whisky Island Still and Eatery.
Look for people with backpacks at tables near the water.

This hike will be roughly 2.5 to 3 miles give or take and approx. 2.5 to 3.0 mph. This is a moderate hike, remember you'll be wearing a pack and walking under load.
You can pack you ruck as loaded as you wish, but the general rule of thumb for a hike like this is 5-10% of your body weight. If you don't have a pack thats ok, you can still hike with us.

The trails are flat.
Beginner friendly, no one will be left behind.
