Mountain laurel hike at Bear Creek Preserve

Please join me for a colorful 5.6-mile hike at Bear Creek Preserve. If Mother Nature cooperates, we may be able to enjoy spectacular mountain laurel blooms, which usually are at their peak about this time. We will begin on the red trail, continue on the green trail to the confluence of Bear Creek and Shades Creek, and return on the yellow trail. Meet in the parking lot off Highway 115 (47 Rabbit Run Lane, Bear Creek). Bring water and a light lunch.
