Mount Tammany & Sunfish Pond Loop 11 Miles 2300 Ft Elevation + Optional to Minsi

I am back in the area for the weekend and want to hike this hike with you..

Join us on a beautiful, but challenging hike.

Details:
Red Dot Trail to top of Mount Tammany, take Blue dot down, then connect to Green Dot by Waterfalls and take Green Dot to Sunfish Pond, From Sunfish Pond we will take the AT back down to the parking lot.

On the Green Dot we will cross eight (8) stream crossings, some were to my lower part of my ankle the last time we hiked this.

After making our way back to the parking lot, there is an optional add on to hike over the bridge and up to Mount Minsi taking the AT and back down the Fire Road. The additional part will add around 8.5-9 miles making it around 20 miles. Again this will be optional.

*Bring 3L Water, Snacks, Packed Lunch, Sun Screen, Sturdy Hiking Boots, Water Shoes like Crocs.

Total Elevation gained for Mount Tammany to Sunfish Pond Loop = 2300FT
Total Elevation gained for Optional to Minsi= 1500FT.

Parking Lot Coordinates are 40.970161, -75.129295. Which is Kittatinny Point Vistor Center.
