Physical Condition & Experience Requirements:

This trek is a moderate trek which is manageable for people who are able to walk for around 5 to 6 hours a day with a light daypack. People with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart or lung diseases or high blood pressure should inform Skyway Nepal Treks staff before booking the trek. Consultation with your doctor is highly recommended. Travelers are encouraged to exercise and walk or hike regularly for a few weeks before the trip. To enhance strength, travelers could simulate the trekking trip by hiking on difficult terrain with some level of elevation for a few hours and with a daypack containing a 3-5 kg load.

Pricing for the included activities at standard service is as follows:

2-3 persons: $1,520 USD

4-5 persons: $1,400 USD

6-9 persons: $1,320 USD

10-11 persons: $1,240 USD

12-14 persons: $1,190 USD

• A non-refundable deposit of $300 USD/person is due upon booking the trip, and the balance is due upon your arrival in Kathmandu
• Part of net proceeds will be donated to Project iBelieve (http://projectibelieve.com/) to support Nepali Children's education.

• Airport / hotel transfers
• Private vehicle between destinations for the activities included in the itinerary
• All accommodation on a double occupancy basis
• Trekking Permit and TIMS fees
• All meals during trekking, all breakfasts in Kathmandu, one welcome dinner and one farewell dinner
• Duffle bag for trekking (to be returned after the trip)
• Experienced English-speaking trekking guide and a team of porters (one for every two clients) and assistants during trekking
• Entrance fees and an English-speaking guide for the Kathmandu sightseeing tour
• Insurance for the trekking guide and porters
• First aid kit (carried by the trekking guide)

Price Excludes:

• International flight (about 1,300 to 1,600 CAD), travel insurance, visitor visa fee
• All optional activities
• Meals not mentioned (please allow for $50-80 USD for meals not included)
• Personal trekking gear (available for rent)
• Personal expenses
• Drinking water, snacks, hot shower and WIFI during trekking
• Tips for guides and porters : about 10% to 15% of the trip price
• Charges for excessive luggage
• Any other extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances

Notes:

1. The date is a placeholder. We will decide it based on the attendees' preferences. The best time to visit Nepal is spring (late February to mid May) and fall (late September to early December).

2. The event maybe cancelled if the numbers of people attending is less than 4.

3. There will be an information session scheduled later for the group to learn more about the trip.

4. Your RSVP will put you in the "waiting list". After making the required non-refundable deposit, you will be moved from the "waiting list" to "going".
