Nerd Adventures is a community for people who want to step out of the ordinary and into something magical. We design immersive experiences—from castle weekends and fantasy quests to social deduction parties and adventure games in the park.

Step into a fantasy world for an afternoon of adventure, action, and imagination.
Join Nerd Adventures for a free 4-hour immersive LARP (Live Action Roleplay) event set in the scenic wilds of Madrid’s Río park.
Whether you’re a seasoned warrior or a curious newcomer, this is your chance to learn the ropes of LARP and throw yourself into the story — sword in hand, clan at your side.## 🗓 Event Details
- Date/Time: Saturday, September 6th • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Location: The Río (different from our last event in Parque del Oeste)
- Cost: This event is free. We accept donations, which will go towards the community (recommended 5 €/person).
- Weather: Rain or shine
- Dogs: Welcome on leash!
- Kids: Welcome to watch, but you must be 18+ to play
## 🎲 What to Expect
- Intro & Training (30 min): Learn the basics of LARP combat, teamwork, and roleplay — no experience required. We provide the weapons. No real weapons are allowed.
- Epic Fantasy Games: Compete in thrilling live-action challenges like Capture the Flag, where strategy, speed, and heroic flair decide the outcome.
- Team Adventure: Get placed into a team and work together to outwit, outplay, and out-LARP your rivals.
- Community & Fun: Meet fellow adventurers, laugh, and play in a supportive environment where being silly is encouraged.
## 🎒 What to Bring
- Water (2L recommended)
- Picnic blanket & snacks/food
- Foam LARP weapon (if you have one)
- Costume (optional, but welcome!)
- Comfortable sporty clothes
Attendance Requirement
We need a minimum of 8 participants (not counting organizers) to run this event.

🥖 “What about second breakfast?”
Join your fellow halflings for a morning of laughter, lighthearted mischief, and a quest worthy of any hungry adventurer. The call has gone out — somewhere deep in Casa de Campo grows a rare magical berry said to enhance the flavor of any food it touches. Naturally, this is the key to the perfect second breakfast. The path will be dangerous… but for such a treasure, the journey is worth it.

🌿 Around 4 hours total, including about 2 hours of gentle walking and plenty of stops for puzzles, story challenges, and mini-games
