About us
Nerd Nite is a monthly event in 70+ cities around the world! We meet at a bar for drinks (and here in Milan, of course, aperitivo!) and then two or three people give short presentations on science, technology, architecture, film, literature-- any subject or discipline! The audience will have a chance to ask questions and to meet each other between presentations! It's like TED talks--- with aperitivo!
Want to give a talk?
Talks should be 18-21 minutes, and a visual presentation is a must. Nerd nite talks are usually interesting to a general audience, but a smart one who wants a little more detail. You can assume a lot of people in the audience have some intro level of knowledge already. A bad talk is too general. A good talk is a bit self deprecating and funny. Message us for more information!
