Speaker: Lisa Berghoff

Lisa Berghoff is the Director of Instructional Technology at Highland Park High School in Highland Park, Illinois. She spent 19 years as a high school special education teacher, working with students and families to create unique learning experiences. Now in her 11th year leading instructional technology, she has seen firsthand how technology can open doors for students that were previously unimaginable.

Lisa is a Google Certified Innovator, Trainer, and Coach. She was named IDEA 2026 Educator of the Year and was a Featured Speaker at FETC 2026. She holds an M.Ed. from Northeastern Illinois University and a B.A. from Michigan State University. She regularly presents at conferences and provides professional development for educators throughout the Chicago area.
