Come Hike with us! For Neurodiverse Young Adults and Guests

Details
Essex Land Trust has invited us on a grand adventure!
Tom Gezo and Jennifer Longworth have designed a fun day for us! First we're going to walk through the woods to the beach. Then we're going to find and collect materials. Like what? Whatever's there! We might find colorful plastic, or driftwood, or water buoys... Who knows?!
Then we're going to work in groups or all together to build something artful. What will it be? We'll decide once we are there.
We'll be at one of our favorite, local spots Turtle Creek. Meet us at the parking lot on Watrous Point Road at 11am.
Whether you are a hiking expert, or just an ambler looking to hang out with friends, this is a great way to get outdoors!
Please check the weather to have appropriate attire and waterproof footwear!
Rain will postpone.
If this is your first gathering, you will need to fill out a waiver ahead of time. This will help us get straight to the fun!
You can find it here: WaiverSign
You will need to select one of three options:
1. For yourself (if you are over 18)
2. For a Minor (if you are under 18)
3. For a Parent/Guardian and Minor
Thank you
This event is free and facilitated solely by volunteers. We kindly suggest a donation of $5 per participant so that we can continue providing materials and venues for our events. We will never turn an individual away for not being able to provide a donation.
