In this 1-hour workshop, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of Ayurveda. An ancient system of understanding health through balance.
We’ll explore the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), the five elements, and how these energies influence your body, mind, and emotions. You’ll also learn the difference between your natural constitution and your current state, and how imbalances can show up in everyday life.
Through explanation and guided reflection, you’ll gain insight into your own patterns and take away simple tools to support more balance in your daily routine.
