This is a drop-in style dance class, designed to use a short piece of choreography to get your energy out and express yourself!
Did you know? Dancing is proven to improve your mood and psychological well-being. It triggers the release of endorphins and dopamine, and reduces cortisol.
This means that it lifts your mood, increases positive feelings, and reduces feelings of stress!
In this class, you will:

◦ Learn a short combination to an upbeat song
◦ Enable your mind-body connection by engaging your body and staying grounded in the present
