Welcome to the .Net Skåne May meetup. This time we will be at offices of Castra Malmö, Davidshallsgatan 26, Malmö. This event is free to attend, and there will be free drinks and free food.

Agenda:

1. Events as core modelling blocks - From theory to implementation
   We've prior in this group talked about functional concepts and F# envy. In my last session for this group we also touched on the subject of eventing middleware for .NET 9, that was "postponed".
   In this session we'll focus on introducing events, as core modelling blocks, along with theory and patterns. There will yet again be some functional influences and colored post-it notes!
2. "Fun with testing".
   This presentation will show various techniques for making your automated testing more enjoyable.

About the speakers:

• Per Ökvist
  Per is a technical architect consultant with Forefront consulting, based in Malmö. Focusing on Azure and event driven systems, Interested in collaborative software design and modeling, along with the overlap/collaboration withing the software cycle as product, platform, data and AI.
• Mats Alritzson
  Experienced Software Developer working as a consultant at LivingIT and co-organizer of .NET Skåne. He is also in the Øredev program committee for the Cloud & DevOps track.
