With a long-term sustainable strategy, he is passionate about creating technical visions, roadmaps, management of team growth, process improvement, software design and development, and DevOps. With strong leadership and high productivity, he has led many teams to build large software systems and applications successfully with best industrial practices. He is Director of Software Development at UniUni.

Tony has a Master's degree in Engineering, Certificate of Specialization of Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School, Certified SAFe DevOps Practitioner, Certified SAFe Agilist and Certified Scrum Master.
