Speaker: Christopher Rollyson, consultant on Experiential Social Media
For 30 years, Christopher S. Rollyson has helped leaders make their agencies and firms stronger by leveraging new technology ahead of their peers. He advised global firms, nonprofits, NGOs and technology startups at PricewaterhouseCoopers, led delivery teams at KPMG and advised brands like Lions Clubs International, Sears, Kmart, UBS, Micron and more at CSRA. He founded CSRA in 2006 to work with nonprofits, governments and for-profits to significantly improve stakeholder relationships and commitment, using experiential social media. CSRA’s secret sauce is building trust, preference and business very efficiently using digital social technologies. His book, the Social Channel App, is an interactive guide that shows users how to use experiential to activate the Trust Business Chain Reaction. Drive to Trust is a special program that trains partners in multiple sectors to prove that trust building gets more business results than marketing.

About the presentation:
Very few nonprofits get even close to reaching their potential on social media because they don’t realize that most “best practices” are biased in favor of for-profit brands. This presentation will show participants how to look at social media in a new way, how to set practical goals that mean something, and how to act on their new goals.
