- Knowledge Transfer: join training sessions with global experts, career peers and senior executives, like the 60 minutes Grow to Lead Sessions. Find what works and strategically advance you career.
- Personal Growth: Learn how to break through and overcome personal challenges, get inspired by our role models and career stories, and engage in the safe space of your net4tec community.
- Strategic Networking: your network is what you make out of it. Connect to other like-minded women (and men) in STEM and enjoy every opportunity to become visible, build relationships and support and learn from each other.

Everything we do, we do with the goal of making ourselves visible at all career stages and thus change the image of the STEM sector
We support networking women in STEM through interesting meetups, face-to-face and online, as well as partnerships with other groups, venues, and business sponsors who care about leveraging the advantages of DEI for their own employees.
This group is not just for women -- our motto is #togethermatters!
