React is probably the most popular V of MV-Whatever libraries and frameworks out there. But what about the C (controller) and the M(model)? Flux was the answer and Redux is the current state of the art implementation. Redux it's just an small library with a growing ecosystem around.
In the other hand Microsoft is more engaged with full frameworks like Angular2 + TypeScript and that's not bad, but we should understand the tradeoffs behind each technology.
