Rich will share his personal journey, the emotional and psychological challenges of leaving, and practical strategies for reaching people across the political divide in this pivotal moment for our democracy whether it be with family members, friends, or others in the community. This interactive session will explore how to connect without condescension, how to keep dialogue open even in tense conversations, and how to navigate the disinformation and identity dynamics that make leaving MAGA and communication so difficult.
