🏒 It's free to play & the amazing Skaters Network are supplying all sticks, nets, balls, goallie pads, etc - legit Bauer equipment!
🏒 $3,000+ of prizes for the tourney inc winner, best team uniforms, spirit awards, etc.

🏒 we'll also accept some walk-ins on the day (details TBA)
🏒 teams can be up to 9 people but must have diversity! That is, they must have at least 2 people not of the same "gender" (at least 1 person of a different gender must be playing at any point in time). As you know, we are vocal about true equality to this is an INCLUSIVE tournament.. everyone should feel very welcome. Some games will be 5 on 5, some will be 4 on 4

🙋 We're looking for some very fun volunteers on the night for an hour or so. Chances are if you're smart enough to be reading this, then you understand why volunteers have more fun!

~ TABLE BOOKINGS ~
🍟 Limited table bookings available for 2:30pm, 5:30pm & 6:00pm seatings. Note some tables will need to be moved later in the evening to make room for dancing! Request a table online: https://greenwoodhotel.com/table-booking/
🍟 We're also keeping lots of tables open for walk-ins and there's plenty of space for eating, drinking, dancing, fun, games & some surprises of course!
~ ENTRY ~
❄️ Before 4pm: $10 if you're dressed Canadian" ($25 otherwise)
❄️ After 5pm: $15 if you're dressed "Canadian" ($25 otherwise)
❄️ so dress up and come early! What does dressing "Canadian" mean? We're not sure but putting on a red hat or shirt doesn't count.. you gotta make at least some effort. Prizes for best dressed!
❄️ You don't need tix, but if you're working late or worried you won't get in there's a limited number of earlybird tix and guaranteed entry tix here
❄️ Family friendly til 7pm. Kids get in free. After 7pm under 18s have to go as it gets a bit racy!

🎉 5:15pm - earlybird charity raffle & lucky door prizes draw. Over $2k in prizes and all winners get their tickets put back so they can win in later draws too!
🎉 7pm - 9pm.. roving games party crew. Get ready to get silly.. if they find you!
🎉 7pm til late, late, late: 2 DJ areas inc the amazing skillz of DJs Oso (aka The Bear), Zapha & more
🎧 MAIN STAGE.. starts 2pm with all things Canadian, some classics early in the day and getting VERY dancy as night progresses
🎧 CHAPEL.. this beautiful old church kicks-off with DJs around 9pm playing RnB, Party Jams, Hip Hop and evolving over the night depending on the crowd so anything is on the (turn)table!
🎉8:30pm & 10:30pm: Charity Raffles & Free Door Prize Draws including a RETURN TRIP TO ANYWHERE IN CANADA UNITED FLIES thanks to the amazing UNITED AIRLINES
🎉 Charity raffle tix available at the party supporting United Way's local community projects of Indigenous children. Specifically, United Way's initiative in Mt Druitt which works closely with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community to create successful early learning outcomes
