It's been a few weeks since the kids went back to school, headed back off to university, or started their first year. It's all change, and as well as being an exciting time, for some it produces anxiety and stress of the unknown.

In a few weeks, I will be hosting a session titled 'How to Manage Anxiety and Stress in the Workplace’, and with that in mind, that will be the talking point of this week's circle.
