What we’re about

This group is for people who are carving out their own professional lane, or want to, but don’t fit into one defined job title. Many of us work across multiple functions — operations, project management, strategy, admin, creative, internal support — and it can be hard to explain what we do or how to market ourselves when we’re not a single subject-matter expert.

If you identify with being a generalist, a hybrid operator, or a multi-skill professional, this group is for you. It’s also for anyone exploring independent contracting, freelancing, or building their own business but unsure how to position their work or talk about their experience.

This group is designed to bring people together to:

• talk about how to describe your skill set when it spans multiple areas
