I want to extend my sincere gratitude to everyone who attended the meetup on Wednesday evening. Your feedback and suggestions, provided through the suggestion box, were invaluable. I am eagerly looking forward to our next gathering. During our discussions, it was proposed that we explore a new direction.
If you are interested in participating in a small independent film project, we are in the process of forming a team to produce our own film. This film will be done for fun and on a volunteer basis. We are seeking actors, editors, camera operators, prop managers, directors/producers, writers, and assistants. We would greatly appreciate any skill sets you can contribute.
At this stage, the specifics of the film have not yet been determined, and the group will collaboratively generate ideas. I have established a Community Group on the WhatsApp application, named DMV WAPPD Networking. Please send me a message, and I will add you to the group if the link provided below does not function properly. Our February meetup will be conducted virtually for those interested in participating in the film project. There are no paid positions; we are just working to learn, collaborate, and have fun.
