Sumner Street Condo Conversion - The Finished Product

Dan & Ray from HR Ventures have invited us back to their Sumner Street project in Dorchester for an amazing 3 family condo conversion! A few months ago, we were able to access the project and view the building in its ugliest stages. They are now adding the finishing touches to the units and will be able to tell us about the process from start to finish, including how they obtained financing and what they learned throughout the process.
