If your teen has been overwhelmed, anxious, or hard to reach lately — you’re not alone.

And if you, as a parent, feel like you’ve tried talking, helping, or figuring it out… and it’s still not quite landing — that’s also very common.

What most people don’t realize is this:
Before we can improve focus, behavior, or communication…

The nervous system needs one clear signal:
“I am safe enough to slow down.”

That’s what this experience is designed to offer. We will do:
• A simple arrival process: We begin by gently settling the body and attention.
• Light guided meditation: We begin by gently settling the body and attention.
• Neurographica drawing practice: Using simple lines and shapes, we’ll engage in a structured drawing process that helps release tension and create internal shifts — without needing to talk or analyze.
Understanding what’s happening: You’ll also learn a few simple ideas about how stress, overwhelm, and emotional buildup work in the brain — and how to begin resetting them.

### Who this is for:

  • Teens feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck
  • Parents who want to support their teen more effectively
  • Anyone looking for a simple way to slow down and reset

### What this is NOT:

  • Not therapy
  • Not a lecture
  • Not something you need to prepare for

### What you may experience:

  • A sense of calm or slowing down
  • More clarity or openness
  • Or simply a quiet moment — which is already a powerful start
