### What is Weekly Wins?
Weekly Wins is a relaxed, supportive session where we (at least 5 participants, not including host, to go ahead) come together to acknowledge and celebrate our wins from the past week — big, small, or just significant/meaningful to you in some way.
Wins might include:
- Completing a task you’ve been avoiding
- Resting when you needed to
- Advocating for yourself
- Simply getting through a hard week
There's no pressure to perform, be positive or share anything you're not comfortable with (or anything if you don't want to, you can just listen and be supportive).
### Who is this for?
This event is for anyone in this group who would like:
- A low-pressure space to reflect
- Validation for effort, not just outcomes
- Gentle accountability without judgement
- Community that understands neurodivergent experiences
### What to expect
- 🕰 Duration: 50 minutes (not mandatory to stay the whole time, if everyone who wants to share has shared and it hasn't been 50 minutes, the event will end early)
- 🧠 Structure: Lightly structured, flexible, and predictable
- 🎧 Participation: Share verbally, in the chat or just listen and be supportive
- 🌱 Environment: Calm, affirming, and non-competitive
A typical session includes:
- Introduction (optional) and Sharing Weekly Wins (round-robin, chat, or popcorn style)
- Reflection prompt (e.g. “What helped this win happen?”)
- Gentle closing with encouragement for the week ahead
### Accessibility
- Cameras optional
- Stimming welcome
- Pauses and silence are okay
- You’re free to arrive late (your name will need to be verified against Meetup participants so please use the same name you do here and expect to wait a few minutes while it's verified) or leave early and come in and out if you want to (if possible, please stay logged in while you're temporarily away from your device)
