Holding Space: Virtual Discussion
Details
Description: Join us for an informal, loosely-structured virtual discussion that Neurodivergent District holds a couple times a month designed for neurodivergent folks and/or those who feel lonely or without community. This is a nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are.
How It Works:
- Attendees who would like to share (no pressure if you want to simply listen) get a 1-2 minute “how am I doing” check-in — no interruptions, no judgment.
- The point isn’t to fix anyone — it’s to connect with others and feel a sense of community. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter.
Host: Kate Inez Harrington
